Bridging the Gap Between Hospital and Home

We are just completing a building renovation on over half of our center. We are proud to now offer 22 private rooms. Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers specialty programs in Orthopedics and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Every patient and resident we serve receives customized case management services by an experienced registered nurse.

• Our center has been awarded with the Bronze Commitment to Quality award from the National Health Care Association, for our demonstrated dedication to outstanding customer service.

  We are improving our clinical capabilities and staffing in order to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many higher acuity patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.
